REFUND POLICY:

Specific refund policies apply to each of our services. Specific refund policies will be detailed in the Client’s Attorney Client Agreement.

 

There are NO REFUNDS for any Templates, Guides, or other products purchased via the Website or through our Office. Due to the immediate, direct access to the digital templates, we do not offer a refund of any kind. Please read the details and description of each template and product so you understand exactly what is included in each template. HOURS OF OPERATION

Clients can contact our firm during our business hours, via email or by telephone. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am -4:00pm EST. All calls and emails can expect to be returned within 24-48 hours, during the work week or by Close of Business on Tuesdays if sent on the weekend.

ATTORNEY REPRESENTATION

By purchasing one or more of our products or services, you are consenting to allowing our entire firm to work with you. Our staff members include an attorney, paralegals, administrative staff, and interns. Erica Scott Tolbert, although she is our founding attorney, she is not the only individual in our office and you may be required to communicate with members of our team.

NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

You understand and agree that no Attorney-Client relationship is created through the receipt of information presented on scotttolbertlaw.com (“the site”) or through the purchase of any of our products. The products and Site cannot provide legal advice, opinions or recommendations. No user of this Site or Products should act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of information included on this Site or through our products without first consulting legal counsel in the relevant jurisdiction. For Products you download and are granted access to, Scott Tolbert Law grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products for your own personal and internal business use. Except as otherwise provided, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, sell, create derivate works of, enhance or in any way exploit any of the Products in any manner, except for modifications in filling out the Products for your authorized use.

 

You shall not remove any copyright notice from any of the Products. Doing so may infringe on our intellectual property rights, as outlined below.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and Products contain intellectual property owned by Scott Tolbert Law and by third-parties that licensed the content to us (“Third-Party Licensed Intellectual Property”), including, without limitation, trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information and other intellectual property as well as the business name, logo, all designs, text, videos, audio files, graphics, other files, and the selection and arrangement thereof. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever the Site and Products, Scott Tolbert Law’s Intellectual Property and Third-Party Licensed Intellectual Property in whole or in part without our prior written consent. include such content in or with any product or service that you create or distribute; reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, rent, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes any portion of the Site/Products, use of the Site/Products, or access to the Site/Products; establish: (i) a hyperlink, including a deep link, to any page or location on the Site/Products; or (ii) a frame containing any portion of the Site/Products, on any other website or text document with hyperlink capabilities without the express written permission of Scott Tolbert Law; copy such content onto your or any other website or publication; or direct any other person to do any of the foregoing.

 

We reserve the right to immediately remove your access to our Site and Products, without refund, if you are found to be violating this Intellectual Property Policy.

SERVICE RENDERED

When purchasing the trademark services, Scott Tolbert, LLC,  Erica Scott Tolbert, Esq, and the office staff therein, are not consenting to representation throughout the entire trademark process beyond the selected service. The service fee covers the precise and only the exact service listed in the description of the Attorney Client Agreement. Services beyond the listed description should not be expected from Scott Tolbert nor will they be performed without an additional payment and agreement for services.  

 

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13

Our Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to or on the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
