This is a great option if you are not quite ready to invest in filing your trademark, but would like to know whether your brand has already been trademarked or not.

Cancellation Policy

Booking a Consultation or Service does not automatically establish an attorney/client privilege. Scott Tolbert does not accept a new client without first investigating for possible conflicts of interests and obtaining a signed engagement letter. In order to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Consultation fees are NONREFUNDABLE. Consultations may be rescheduled. Consultation fees (if any) are applied to the service if the Client moves forward with the service on the same day as the scheduled consultation.
