Let us help you protect your brand by scheduling a trademark discovery call. This 1:1 call is designed for you to gain clarity on our Trademark services and see how we're the right fit for your brand. During this call, Attorney Erica will briefly discuss your brand with you and provide you with valuable insights on how to best protect it. This call is the first step in ensuring your brand is legally protected. Trademark searches are not performed during this call. If you would like Attorney Erica to run a quick high-risk search on your desired trademark or discuss other legal services, please book our Business Strategy Call. This is a great option if you are not quite ready to invest in filing your trademark, but would like to know whether your brand has already been trademarked or not. The fee for this call is applied to your trademark service if you decide to move forward within 48 hours of this call. Cancellation Policy
Booking a Consultation or Service does not automatically establish an attorney/client privilege. Scott Tolbert does not accept a new client without first investigating for possible conflicts of interests and obtaining a signed engagement letter. In order to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Consultation fees are NONREFUNDABLE. Consultations may be rescheduled. Consultation fees (if any) are applied to the service if the Client moves forward with the service on the same day as the scheduled consultation.
